  • Summary: The functionality of the device is good. However, the battery life is about half of that advertised while streaming videos. Also, the device must be powered off in order to charge- it will not charge while connect to your PC and loading files.

  • Summary: The USB connection broke after minimal use. They do not warranty this part for repairs. The hard drive inside works fine and is made by Western Digital. The case, otherwise, seemed to work well.

Poor manual - no troubleshooting, no longer connecting ....

Alex J "Alex J", Amazon
22 June 2015
  • Summary: Got one refurbished - I was not sure I want to pay full price. Had some issues connecting to it, but succeeded in the end. Used occasionally, seemed to require a few restarts to be able to connect wirelessly. Until recently, when after a longer break, shows no sign that it can be used wirelessly.

Christopher K. Koenigsberg, Amazon
26 July 2014
  • Summary: Disclaimer: I am reviewing a unit I received for free, through the Vine program. Well I'm not sure how useful this actually is. For me, not so much. For you, maybe, depending on your needs. As an external hard drive it's pretty expensive for only 1 TB.
