Summary: Probably Demand/Supply is the pricing factor for external and internal portable hard drive , because it's weird that you can buy portable drive cheaper than internal one. I snapped this deal at $53, and sold the enclosure for $15, so 1 TB hard drive cost me $38 ! Opening the enclosure was a bit of a challenge , but It's worth the hassle. Now I have 2 TB internal space on my old laptop and the storage for HTPC server is more than enough for my needs.
Summary: This is not an HD, it is a large thumb drive with a tet of memory. (No spinning disk within.) Using it is the same as using a thumb drive. Not my preferred operation for an external drive. Summary: Compatible to many popular operating systems. It is compact and tidy. This has sufficient storage capacity for most of the users. The usb interface makes convenient to use. The data transfer rate is quite good and strongly depends on the computer configuration too.
Summary: The 1TB USB 3.0 DashDrive is simply amazing! It offers a brilliant SuperSpeed USB 3.0 interface, together with a superb Interface Transfer Rate and diverse OS compatibility. The accompanying 16GB Class 4 microSDHC card further makes the combo simply too-good-to-be-missed.
