I was expecting an amazing clean feeling in my mouth but I was disappointed

Summary: I was expecting an amazing clean feeling in my mouth but I was disappointed. The hum of the head doesn't really dig out any grime and it failed to remove the gritty build up I can get behind my front bottom teeth which has been removed by much less expensive electric toothbrushes. I think that the fundamental issue with this toothbrush is that it is designed to be used by people with perfectly straight teeth.
Excerpt: It is certainly different and I will be interested to see if my hygenist notices any difference in my ageing shiny yellow teeth. There are several options but I confine myself to quot;cleanquot;.
Summary: I haven't tried out my new HX9332/04 toothbrush yet but I have had huge confusion over what items may or may not be included in the package, which I received today. The fault is with Philips in the inconsistencies in their documentation in the 2 booklets & the description on the package - here are the inconsistencies:- (1) One booklet has DiamondClean 300 SERIES on the front page - its General Description refers to items with label "H Charger Stand" & label "I Charger...
Summary: Its really good toothbrush till you touch you teeth by the back side of the head, its horrible 'coz it's obviously the plastic, so you need to be very, very careful not to do that. Two charging options are quite handy, I'm using the travel case.. The worst thing is the charger plug, its two pin some kind of EU one which you need adaptor for to plug it into UK socket and there is NOT adaptor suplied with the purchase, So I've bought one and couldn't plug it into adaptor...
Summary: I've had this toothbrush for almost a year now. For sure it does give a nice clean "feel" once it is used. But I'm not convinced it is better than normal brushing for long term cleanliness of the teeth. The button design is bad as can often change "mode" accidentally. And I feel the modes are a bit gimmicky as I can't be sure if they really make a significant difference.
Excerpt: Although the toothbrush itself seems very good, and I am using it, it only comes with a plug that fits into a 'razor' point (two small round prongs). Since I do not have this in my house, I have had to use the computer to charge it with the travel connection. This is rather irritating.
Great looking, effective but with a serious design flow

Summary: The brush looks beautiful and the charging method in the glass is very impressive. By all account the cleaning is effective and choices of cycles is a great feature. The key design issue I can see and I am surprised not to see anywhere is the cycle/mode selection. You can only select the mode while the toothbrush is on. If you put the toothbrush on outside your mouth, you'd be spraying your toothpaste all over your bathroom.
Summary: Compared to other similar models from Philips it's highly overpriced. As previous customers wrote, no room in the charging case for the USB cable but most importantly there is no provision to place the head brush with its cup. Also not any storage for additional head brushes for the family, not even any color rings to separate for the family members, so practically its for one person use.
