Excerpt: Bought this item to replace my old 4 year old sonic toothbrush. Was told by my dentist that you can expect to get on average 2 years from an electric toothbrush, so more than happy to replace like for like, highly recommended.
Summary: There is no independent on/off swithch; you have to go through all 3 settings in order to turn it off ! pretty daft I think. the brush and the different settings do what they say on the tin tho.Just bad design
