  • Pros: Powerful. Sleek design. Gets the job done.
  • Cons: Replacement heads are somewhat pricey. "Life span" of only a couple years.

Collects Saliva

NannaOf4, philips-store.com
2 March 2014
  • Summary: I am not a drooler but I remove the brush section after every use and spray peroxide and collect whatever grime (toothpaste, saliva) is inside and also collects in the grooves on the side of the handle. I even tried brushing sideways but the product always has grime inside. When I can, I'll upgrade to the Diamond model. In the interim, other than that issue, I have and will continue to use Sonicare products.
  • Pros: timer, protects gums from tartar
  • Cons: collection of grime in handle
