It cleans my teeth!!

Summary: Bought to replace the old model 1000 when it would no longer hold any charge - can't remember how long we'd had it. Been using it for a while now: battery holds enough charge for two of us for about 3 days - and we are fairly thorough.....
Summary: Bought as a spare for my pro 5000 as the price is far cheaper. Just as good as cleaning as the 5000 as don't really use the extra settings on 5000 but would prefer it if it could be linked to the wireless digital timer/ smartguide that comes with the 5000.
Summary: Replaced a very old model. Don't see any advantage in angled bristles in brush head, but no matter. Three position on/off switch. The middle position pulses the speed up and down. Again see no necessity.
Compared to the Sonicare this is a poor toothbrush that is too loud and has an awful battery.

Excerpt: Have used Oral B electric toothbrushes for many years and have always had good results from them, this new model have improved features and I am very happy with the performance of how it operates and the result's it gives.
Excerpt: Very happy with this toothbrush. The 30second per quadrant timer is very useful and I like the 2 different brush settings (normal and pulsar). Rechargeable lasts for nearly a week with 2 people using twice a day.
