Satisfaction

  • Summary: I had read many positive things about this guitar before purchase, but still Im a little bit positively surprised by the quality of this instrument. Good workmanship, nice sounds and an over all comfortable guitar is what the Mexican Fender plant deliver here. A detail thing like how well the edges of the frets are made (no sharp ends, at least not so far...!

Versatility

  • Summary: This is the guitar to get if you want something in-between a Tele and a Strat. It has a rich, fat tone and it is super versatile. I have the candy apple red version, and love the look. The construction and quality are great and it says in tune quite well. This is one electric that can act as many.

Simply awesome !!

  • Summary: I've played Fender guitars for over 40 years, and the Nashville Tele has the most satisfying sound I've ever experienced..., full, rich, and with as much (or as little) twang as you will ever need...I would highly recommend this guitar to anyone who ever plays country, jazz, or blues. Versatile is it's middle name.

  • Summary: What a great sounding guitar. I love the combination of the bridge pup with the middle strat pup. Twangy, but not over the top. Useful for blues, rock, and country. Nice and easy to play as well -- I have the rosewood neck, but wish I had the maple.

Awesome instrument

  • Summary: The most interesting thing about this guitar is the versatility! 3 single coil pick-ups and a 5 way switch certainly give the options to play a variety of genres. The neck is as smooth as silk. Put it through a chorus and a vintage Fender Amp and you will be amazed. The only caution I have is that the machine heads are vintage and difficult to string. You can find replacements through most parts dealer.

  • Summary: I bought my Nashville Tele in 1998 after being away from playing for 20 years. Saw this at a store when I moved back north - and they had the off-white color I liked! Still looks and plays great, nice action, very comfortable, love the Strat pickup though I use mainly the bridge/strat or strat/neck combo for the humbucking. I play it through a Peavey Classic 30 tube amp using the drive settings - nice, warm bluesy tone!

Great Guitar For The Price

  • Summary: I've had my Nashville Tele for almost a year now. I love the birdseye maple neck and the strat pick up.(I think I'll replace my bridge pickup with a hot rails) I like the warm tones of the neck pick up. I have a Gibson Les Paul Standard and it hardly ever gets played anymore. I play thru a Fender Cyber Twin amp and love, love, love the tone. If good tone is your thing, you can't go wrong with this guitar. Also MUSIC123 has the best prices on this model.

It's Candy for the Eye!!!

  • Summary: I purchased the brown on brown "sunburst" RS and the Body finish, neck and fret board is to die for. Mine came with an imperfection on the edge of the neck. "dirty marks" along the edge of the fretboard along the 3rd and 5th and the quality of the finish beneath the translucent coating showed wood filler! Of all things! But after I plugged in, all those little imperfections didn't matter. The best feature in my opinion are the Tex Mex pickups.
