Summary: Pro musician, working.I made this purchase looking for a ZZ top sound and this guitar nails it dead on.with a 59 in the bridge and a pearly gates in the neck it s a nice guitar for the price.I wanted a tele in my collection but a standard one was not my style.Qaulity was fine from korea but the factory set up had a little to be desired ,nothing a little action adjustment could not fix, and m123 was quite helpful on the price and service.
Summary: I have this guitar in the spalted maple top but it is the same guitar - Seymores single coil tap and all. The action on mine is great though I had to tweek it slightly for the 10s that I use. The sound is very nice - I am thinking about swaping out the PUs but just to experiment, not out of any real dissatisfaction with the existing equip. The split coil does decrease the volume but that should be expected. Overall a beautiful, great playing and sounding guitar.
Summary: I bought this guitar recently and was looking to compliment my USA vintage re-issue strat, well I can't put this one down now. It's light with a big sound and clarity that I have been looking for ages.Recommend this guitar highly, a well produced all roound axe.
Summary: Beautiful guitar, nearly flawless finish, required a bit of set-up work, though no more than any other guitar. Good tone, though I had expected more difference from the Coil-tap switch. The tone control does not seem to work with the push-pull switch pulled out.
Summary: I was really surprised at the punch of this guitar and the versatility of sound with the coil tapping .I had a very pleasant surprise as my Tele was loaded with Seymour Duncans and not the Fender p/ups described. The Pearly gate in the bridge is nice, great treble and midrange, great for trills and the pinch harmonics jump out like something from the other side. For those of you who are shredders the neck will do nicely as quick as my wizard2 on my Ibanez S series but not...
Summary: I have had them all, from Gibson to Stratocaster. When I got my hands on this one, it blew me away! Great sound, great volume, great feel! Screaming tones through my 15watt Marshall. Why pay big prices for something not as good?
Summary: I'm not sure if this site tells you or not but this guitar has a pickup tapper that makes both the humbuckers single coils. You just pull the tone knob up. The volume difference is noticeable but you get the best of both worlds in a very easy to play and very easy to operate system. Couldn't ask for a better guitar. Well I could but I'd be paying an arm and a leg for it. This one does everything I've every needed out of a guitar.
Summary: I traded an American Hot Rodded fat stratocaster SSH for this guitar. The Strat was always uncomfortable for me for some reason, I believe the longer top horn pulled it sideways. At first, I was looking for a second to compliment the Strat. As soon as I played this Guitar I knew it was the one. It has an awesome tone very versitile with the tap. The neck size is great. I think if anyone else is having a comfort issue try this guitar. I really recommend it.
Summary: I bought this guitar a year or so ago. The features on this guitar blew me away. Probably the best feature is the coil tap. With this guitar a single coil or humbucking rig is only a quick pull or push of the tone nob away. Plus it all sounds great. The sustain is also quite good, better than some Pauls I've played. Full chords sound amazing. The neck is very comfortable and the action isn't too high. It's actually quite low out of the box, but mine had zero fret buzz.
Summary: WHAT A BARGAIN! I GOT A REAL DEAL ON THIS GUITAR AND I WAS SO SURPRISED BY THE TONE! THICK RICH "LP" MEAT WITH A SLICK FENDER LOOK! NECK KIND OF FEELS LIKE A "PAUL" TOO. THIS IS AS GOOD AS GUITARS COSTING TWICE AS MUCH. ACTION WAS A LITTLE HIGH AND STIFF OUT OF THE BOX, BUT A GOOD SET OF STRINGS AND A LITTLE ADJUSTMENT AND THERE YOU GO! I PLAY GUITAR WITH OUR PRAISE AND WORSHIP TEAM AT CHURCH.(VERY CONTEMPORARY STUFF).
