Summary: I logged into Amazon Canada to order a Kindle and was sent a KOBO. Then had a hell of a time trying to get the Return Policy on Amazon. I have used Amazon to purchase books for years but this expensive experience has me rethink my choice.
Summary: In early Dec. I ordered a Kindle e-book reader fir Christmas. My order was back ordered to early Jan, 2011. In early Jan. I was e-mailed another delay until end of Jan. At that point I canceled the order. Next, on Jan.5 I received an e-book from Amazon that was not a Kindle but was a really cheep product that was defective and unusable. I was sent garbage from Amazon and must struggle to return the piece of junk forwarded by Amazon!
