Glare, glare, glare

Jack Breeding "Jack", Amazon
15 March 2013
  • Summary: I purchased this a couple of years ago because of the screen size and number of supported file types as well as the library lending capability. I used it for about 4 months all told before buying a Kindle (which I had strongly resisted). The only problem I had with it was the glare off the touchscreen which resulted in extremely limited viewing angles as well as decreased screen contrast.

Difficult to use

Sanny, Amazon
21 May 2010
  • Summary: I purchased this eReader with great expectations. After using it for a couple of days, I decided to return it. Here are the reasons: Good: Built-in dictionary Highlight, annotate, take notes using handwriting Memory expandability Comes with wall-charger, leather cover, hard zipper case Bad: The biggest issue is the screen glare. It is so annoying, I had to continuously keep changing the holding position and still could not get good reading angle.
