Summary: Had a Kobo Touch Ereader previously and loved it so much, decided to upgrade to Kobo Glow. Love the inbuilt light, can now read anywhere, anytime. Battery life is great and the wi-fi synch works well. Recommend getting the sleep cover as well. This is great, just close it and the book goes to sleep, when you open the cover, you go straight to the last page you were reading. I set my "turn off " option to never and the "sleep option" to 30 minutes.
Summary: I purchased my Kobo eReader because I was reading books on my iPad, but found the battery was running out too quickly. With the Kobo eReader, the battery life is fantastic! It lasts for many weeks, depending on how often it is used, and if the backlight is on or not. I love it, and would recommend this product to anyone who loves to read, day or night. There is absolutely nothing I dislike about this wonderful product.

Excerpt: I have already got the kobo touch, The kobo glow is more or less the same, but with a back light, Having said that, I have found that it responds a lot quicker to the touch, Very happy though, I tried to use the cover off the kobo touch, but it is to large, the kobo glow is just a fraction smaller.
Summary: I got the koboglo as a gift. The power button quick working before 21 days was up, so I was able to get a replacement on warranty. The second one works well. The screen is large enough to read comfortably, you can adjust font size and brightness. I'm still learning how to use all of the options. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of detailed instructions on how to get a book from the computer to the reader. It took me a while to figure it out on my own.
Excerpt: I bought a kobo glo e reader mid Dec 2013 I have taken it back to the shop three times so far as it has frozen on me, the shop fixed it up and updated it from their wifi system , I have spent more time taking it back than reading it, kobo wanted a photo of its condition to be sent to them even though the shop was telling them it was in excellent condition, got a refund in the end as kobo were not prepared to let the shop exchange it even though it had a 1 year warranty
Summary: I like this eReader a lot, but I'm on my 3rd of these eReaders now. The first 2 crapped out the same way - parts of the screen no longer worked. So if you buy one of these, get the extended warranty. You'll be using it.
