Summary: Unfortunately, I must have hit a faulty one because it crashes every now and then and on top of that the battery gets empty spontaneously. I then have to recharge it and restart in with the use o a pin but I don't know when it is going to crash again.

Summary: My first kobo touch broke within 5 weeks. They sent me a refurbished replacement which broke within 1 week. They clearly have issues with their touch screen technology. They only offer to continue sending me the same device. Each time it breaks I'm in the middle of a book I can no longer read.
Summary: My two months old Kobo Touch is completely unresponsive now. Not responding to anything, including soft and hard resets. Customer Care only got back to me after three calls and then asked me to send the reader to them for evaluation and pay for shipping and insurance myself. I don't think so.

Summary: I have a Kobo Wireless Reader and like it. When Borders went out of business, got a good deal on the Touch. It worked fine for a couple of months. Then all of a suddent, I got a page flip about every 5-10 pages and the reader threw me out of the system. Finally, it was every three pages.
Summary: ***UPDATE**** 7/2013 After owning this for over a year I've had problems with it and it has frozen indefinitely. I never dropped it or mishandled it and it is still dead. I reset it twice and it does nothing. DO NOT BUY THIS. The thing is junk.

Summary: I'm on my third Kobo, which at just over four months old has bricked, leaving me with an unreadable screen. Kobo customer service claim it was caused by physical damage, which was not the case.

Summary: I had it all planned out, I would just get my Kobo in time to put some books on it before going on holiday. And that went as planned, the software is easy to use & it looked great. Only to find out on the 2nd day of my holiday the Kobo stopped working.
