Root it and it's perfect (as long as no 'holes' develop)

Summary: I got this used, rooted it, and love it! I already have a Nook Simple Touch, but now with glowlight, I can read in the dark bedroom while my kids and husband sleep--yay! I'm just praying it doesn't develop the light 'holes' that I've read about...
Summary: Exactly what I wanted. Very easy to use and the battery lasts longer than I expected. I took it on an 18 hour flight with me to Sweden and did not have to recharge it once. If you are looking for just a simple ebook for reading, I highly recommend this.
Summary: After a year of my B&N STwGL use experience I admit that this e-reader is still unbeatable in terms of usability, battery life and price. Amazon now offers a very good e-reader too, however they missed the train I believe for at least a year.
Makes the entire barnes and noble experience that more enjoyable!

Summary: I absolutely love it. I've always adored Barnes and Noble so this is just one more thing to love about them. You can use sd card to expand or add your own books that are bought from another site. Could go on forever. Love it
Summary: This Nook is amazing. It works perfectly, it has a great battery life, and the fact that it is not backlit makes my heart sing. It's tiny, portable, and even with my case fits perfectly in my purse for my morning commute. I love this product, and I recommend it to EVERYONE.
Summary: Bought this for my 92 year old mother, & I wasn't sure if she could manage a "electronic" reader, but she loves it! It is easy for her to operate & lightweight for her to hold for a long time, since she reads all day.
