Summary: We purchased this Kindle as a gift for our daughter-in-law. My husband had given me one earlier in the year & I absolutely loved it so, we thought it would be an excellent gift for her. She is also an avid reader & loved it so much that she posted it on Facebook.
This is a very good product and I would recommend it.

Summary: I bought this kindle for myself. I finally decided to try an e-reader for a couple of reasons. When I travel, I no longer have to take a stack of books with me, I can take them all in this one little device. I also like the ability to change the font and size of the print -- this is very nice now that reading small print is becoming more of a challenge for me.
For what I paid on here, definitely worth the money!

Summary: Take the time to figure out the product to unleash its potential. Once you find great free ebook resources or set up an Amazon prime account, this device is really awesome. If you have a smart phone, don't buy the Kindle Fire, the Kindle touch is a great product that can do a lot if you take the time (max hour) to figure out what it can do.
I love my Kindle Touch and the ease in ordering books and games is great.

Summary: Once I read all the info. and got it up and running I think the price is right and it works well for me. I love that I can change the print size for my reading pleaure. However,No where did I find out how to get to the sub menus until I held a book title down too long. I would have appreciated information on how to navigate a little better. Still a good buy for the money once you learn how to get around.
Summary: I bought for my wife for a suprise because her kindle Gen 1 broke. She was very happy with the product but only complains was that the touch screen would easily turn the pages by accidently slightly touching the screen. Oh!! She also complained that now it has annoying commercial adds on it now. Like everything else does. But overall its cheaper buying from ebay than Amazon.
Great e-reader whose only flaw is in software - unreliable indexing.

Summary: It is an excellent e-reader, and particularly affordable with the special offers option. It features both portrait and landscape modes for reading, inbuilt dictionaries, text-to-speech reading, MP3 player, even a basic web browser. The usability is excellent and the controls are quite intuitive. I have only one problem with it: the indexing of books sometimes stops or freezes for no reason.
Perfect when reading. There are format incompatibilities pdf view clumsiness

Summary: Kindle Touch is a very useful product. Reading is maybe less eye flickering than reading from a book. But it is not accepting word documents which is annoying. When resizing the letters in pdf documents, you can not flip pages. You will need to convert pdf files to .prc or sth. else to flip pages after resizing letters. After converting some info like tables, charts or maybe text in jpg format inside pdf, will be gone.
Summary: I bought Kindle touch in order to read easy book. When lying, at bus, outside, seaside, etc. I like it too much, easy to use, but connecting to network is a little bit slowly. Simple to touch with one hand, carry in your small bag, I recommend people to buy kindle touch if they really want to read book. Battery is also goes too long ...
Provides a great and easy reading experience. Highly recommended.

Summary: A welcome upgrade from the original Amazon Kindle. The reading experience like all Kindle's are superior to any other screen based reading technology. The Touch adds a unique and seamless interface as an option to using the button version. Its not as lazy as the regular Kindle or a book for that matter. You always need to lock on and off the screen to prevent accidental scrolling and be precise with your touch interactions.
