Summary: awful , buy an ipad, or if you cant afford one buy a RIM PLAYBOOK, Blackberry makes playybook and when it first came out it was $499 until they had dramatic price slashing, so def go for a playbook over kindle, but obviously Ipad is superior to all.
Summary: It doesn't work anymore as of last night, funny you should ask. I can't get it to turn on, it seems dead. And, no, it doesn't need charging. I was halfway through a book I was reading that I spent $11 on. Guess I should have stuck with the tried and true, pick up a book, read it, set it down.
Summary: Funny I should get this email today..Sept.8,2012..My daughter was playing a game on it and it froze up on her, it's been playing for hours and she's so annoyed by the fact that it's playing and it will not let her play it nor will the sound go off. So at this time I think online bidding is a no no for me. I will go to the actual store or the online store to buy..for me this is a big NO NO!!!
Bummer, I was sold a stolen property on Ebay nad Ebay would not help me
4 September 2012
Summary: it was a stolen property and I made a claim. I closed the case to escalate but unfortunately that action was incorrect due to some glitch and Ebay would not Amazon.com would not register it as it is
Summary: I must be the only one with issues with this thing I've had mine replaced 3 times under warranty by Amazon and still have a kindle fire that freezes multiple times on every use. thats 4 kindles in 3 weeks, cant seem to get a good one.
Summary: I hate this product with a purple passion. It belongs in a closet or garage sale...somewhere out of reach lest I end up spending more than the purchase price to repair the broken window I frequently wish to throw it through...or on an ER visit for finally smashing the screen with my fist in frustration.
Summary: My Kindle stopped working after about a week. Amazon did honor the warranty and sent me a new one. This was a huge inconvenience because it was a gift for my granddaughter to use while we were out of town, but it stopped working the day before we left!
