I think most adults have been wondering exactly how anyone could transfer a highly loved Kid’s book such as “Where the Wild Things Are” on to the big screen. So for the past six months I have been eagerly waiting for the release of this film. So as the movie unfolded and this children’s story came to life on the big screen I found myself captivated.

  • Excerpt: Een kind vlucht in zijn ongebreidelde fantasie naar een eiland vol 'Wilde dingen'. Prachtig gemaakte kinderfilm naar het prentenboek van Maurice Sendak. Max is een gewoon kind. Een jongetje dat boos is op zijn moeder en zusje, met de deuren smijt en dan in zijn eigen droomwereld verdwijnt. Na een lange reis komt hij op een eiland dat bewoond wordt door enorme, harige wezens. De kleine Max wordt koning en probeert het alle wezens naar hun zin te maken.
