Summary: A pet chameleon (Johnny Depp) accidentally falls of an owners car. The town mayor (Ned Beatty) appoints Rango as the new sheriff in town while Rattlesnake Jake (Bill Nighy) becomes a threat. Visually it was gorgeous and life-like, humor and with regard to the plot, falls short.
Summary: The only animated film made in 2011 that I had any real interest in seeing. Despite the PG rating, it almost seems like it was made for an older crowd - plenty of innuendo and random references that only adults would get. Still, I thought it was pretty fun - not perfect, but worth time to watch.
Summary: well we rented this for a family movie night big mistake the first seen was him having an aquard discussion with a naked barbie doll about her breast size i should have known from there that this movie was not for my siblings let along myself but stupid me decided sence we paid for it we should...
Excerpt: The story is about a bug-eyed lizard who has spent most of his life alone playing in an aquarium until one day it crashes on the highway. He wanders through the desert, evading hungry birds and heat exhaustion until he comes across a prim and proper lizard named Beans (Isla Fisher) who is struggling...
Summary: Rango is a film with lots of symbolism and witty humour. The film is very well acted by Johnny depp and is also masterfully animated, making visuals that are incredible to watch. However the film has a problem.
Summary: I was disappointed with this film. The story was mediocre and even tough I love Johnny Depp, he couldn't make up for the weak story and dialogue. Mostly, I was quite disturbed by the number of sexual innuendos in the film.
Summary: If you've not watched this film, you have to run to the movie store right now. This is my best animation so far, second not even to Megamind. Its plot is just the best and it is full of humor and action. Johnny Depp obviously outdid himself this time round.
