  • Excerpt: Man Of Tai Chi is Keanu Reeves directal debut, and it’s a simple film, building on a relationship he formed with Tiger Chen during the training for and filming of the later two Matrix films. Apparently partly inspired by Chen’s life – though who know how much or what parts – Chen plays himself in the film. Chen is the sole student of his master’s Ling Kong Tai Chi style, and fights in competitions to showcase the style and the tradition.
