Conclusion: Well, well. A good attempt in the Dracula world. I write personally as a norwegian fan of this horror films, till now I have 15 DVD. Performances is good in this film but for me it is not the right time of years, it should show the atmosphere in the 1890'ties, holding on the Bram Stokers novel as the main way to succeed.
Huge fun, elevated by tongue in cheek performances.

Conclusion: This should be appalling - it's yet another attempt to move the dracula myth into the 21st century. However, despite some slightly dodgy moments, a hilarious and wry central performance from Johnny Lee Miller with some great FX and a fast zippy action pace combined with some hilariously (intentionally) funny dialogue make it a real B-movie zinger, perfect for filling an action-horror craving.
Conclusion: I saw this film years and years ago one it first came out and stumbled across it in my local DVD store the other day and decided to give it another watch as I couldnt remember that much about it. What you get in a nutshell is a different and interesting take on the Dracula folklore here I wont give away the twist as it will spoil the film for you but it is a half decent film.
Conclusion: the dvd was really worth seeing it really drags you into the fim so you understand whats happening ... and it has some good twists in it and everything and i enjoyed watching it til the end ... so il say its worth watching ....
A very good Dracula film with a fascinating little twist

Conclusion: I bought this mostly because of Mr.Butler, but I must say I loved it for much more than his talented performance. This is a film which doesn't take itself too seriously and yet it achieved to get a lump in my throat during the final scenes and the brilliant twist (I'm not giving it out, however, you'll have to watch the film) made so much sense I wondered why no one had done it before (at least to my patchy knowledge).
