Summary: these are the reasons i recommend this product: 1. inexpensive these are the reasons i don not recommend this product: 1. the box did not include instructions 2. i had to google how to get the player to sync up with the tv - you have to hold the on button for 30 seconds when initially setting up the device. this was not obvious and i only figured it out after googling. i would have been stuck with a green screen. 3. slow response time - unacceptably slow 4.
Summary: Not the best blu-ray player. Got what I paid for I guess. I would recommend trying something else though, as it has issues opening the dic tray and doesn't want to turn off at times and I have to unplug it from the outlet to get it to.
Summary: I bought this blue-ray player for my friend who had hosted me at her home. She was enthralled by the availability of the Vizio apps being available on her bedroom TV, so I thought this would be a good buy. The price was right, but the product was not. I will say this, Amtone came up to the plate and let us return it right away without any trouble. So, Thank You Amtone! Summary: the ID tag had been rermoved so that the Vizio people could/would not assist since there was no way to track it. I think someone at your end stwiched out the new player and put in a bad one in the box. I had to junk it without looking at a single DVD with it. I will be VERY slow to order anything like this again from amazon.
