User Review

10 February 2007
  • Summary: There's a learning curve to this machine. It's honestly the first piece of equipment that I HAD to read instructions and learn how to operate because it has a LOT of features. The remote has a button on every single inch and you have to use EVERY SINGLE ONE.
  • Pros: It's a great high end set top recorder. It was exactly the type I was searching for because I needed an HDD for long term storage. • Cons: I did not buy it from Newegg and paid more for it. Newegg did not have it at the time I got it.

The manual is no hope either, as it shows descriptions of other models in the same family, but often omits how to use this model. They have so many menu and ...
