Excerpt: I bought this DVD Player about 2 years ago now for £99 from a high street shop which I thought was a total bargain seeing as it is a Sony. I have never had any problems with it at all and find it plays most formats of DVD. It also plays mp3s, DVD - RW / -R/ +RW and + R discs.
Pros: Excellent quality, looks good/ modern, can play most formats
Cons: Cannot play PAL in colour eg some extreme sports DVD's or old movies

Excerpt: I purchased the Sony DVP-NS330 DVD player earlier this year and was, and still am very impressed. It’s a simplistic but effective player. I chose this player for a number of reasons including the Sony brand. The player itself is compact and sleek, very attractive and slim-line.

Pros: Good quality sound and picture, Slimline Appearance .

Excerpt: When I was choosing a DVD player - the style was very important - as well as the functionality of it. I chose the brand SONY - becuase of its superior name in the electronics market place. I previously owned a Pioneer - which although lasted a little while, did not last as long as I expected it to!

Excerpt: This player worked fine for 6 months---and I was relatively happy with it's performance. It had component video and was relatively inexpensive--only real complaint was lack of CD-R support. Unfortunately, I started having problems with it making it through an entire movie w/o getting stuck.
