Philips DVP3310: A DVD player that is cheap but quite cheerful!
3 July 2012
Summary: So if you're looking in to picking up this DVD player you are obviously at the budget end of the market, as we were when we got it! When our last bells and whistles Sony DVD player gave up the ghost, I was in a quandary as to whether to dig deep in to my (unfortunately quite shallow!) pockets and opt for a Blue Ray player, or just spend the bear minimum to get the job done and still be able to watch a DVD every now and then.
Pros: Super slim and solidly built, all basics covered here
Cons: The frame jumping that occurs when the screen is dark may be too much for some
Summary: When I moved in to my new house after splitting up with my husband my friend very kindly gave me a DVD player to use. Unfortunately after just a few months it broke and so I needed to buy a new one. I needed something that wasn't expensive yet was still stylish and functional and so I headed to Asda where they often have good deals on electricals.
Pros: looks nice, simple and easy to use, lasted well, can be mutil region

Pros: can be mutil region if required, good quality, lasted well, simple to use
Summary: Intro I purchased this excellent DVD player from Sainsburys recently for the bargain price of £27.99 on sale, and am so far very impressed with what I have got for the money. Having paid a great deal more for my previous one, that did not last very long at all, I was not keen to shell out a great deal of money, and decided to go for quite a basic model. This particular player attracted me for several reasons.
Pros: great value, good picture quality, easy to use

Cons: none yet, may not have enough features for some
Excerpt: "===Philips DVP3310=== When my old DVD player died, I wanted an immediate replacement for it since there are DVDs that I really love to watch over and over like Titanic, Somewhere in Time and Face-Off. My toddler also loves to watch ‘Tom and Jerry Show’ almost every morning. I’m not really that keen on DVD player’s technicalities so I really didn’t know what to look for in a DVD player. I was just used to plug, play and watch on my old DVD player. ...
