  • Summary: I think that if People are going to sell these games for decently high prices, they should at least include the limited edition cards with the game.

If you loved the show, you'll love this!

  • Summary: I got this game because I loved the show and this game is great. The game follows the storyline of the show very well. The game play is awesome and easy to learn. The battle menu, card selection screen, and everything is great. There are times that I wish to skip the battle animation, but I just had to sit through it, there's no other way. Also, the only other thing I didn't like was the random chance of getting special calls from spirits.

Fun Game!

Yantri, Amazon
31 March 2012
  • Summary: As a fan of the anime and manga the game is based on, it's pretty good. There's a good amount of different characters to challenge, and the card selection is pretty decent. Though, still lacking compared to the newest games, but it's understandable. For fans of the GX anime, I would recommend this game.

Very good game but.....[a teens review]

  • Summary: I love this game really. I love yu-gi-oh over all and really im a bg fan of most of their games. But this game while it was fun and had very cool events and you can even make friends and track them to duel them which is a very nice thing. I didn't like the sorta time limits there was ("Woah its time to go back to the dorm!") And some of the charaters are just plain impossible to beat. (ok not impossible but realllly hard) Ima person who loves hard duels so I like it.

BUY IT!

  • Summary: This game is pretty fun! I don't own it. My friend let me borrow it, but I'm SO gonna get it. I wouldn't expect this game to be so fun but it was! The only thing I don't like about it was the fact that in some Spirit and Shadow game duels, if you lose, you get game over! I reccomend reading walkthroughs and saving before those events! Overall, I would reccomend this game to ANYONE!

good summary of the Yugioh GX season 1 & 2

Scott Maxwell "DirTySHADOW420x", Amazon
27 June 2008
  • Summary: this game is pretty sweet, its a great summary of the first and second season of Yugioh GX. if uv playd nightmare troubadour which is a summary of the original series.(which only ends with the final duel with Dark Marik). u will like this game its the same set up. but strategically its a good game with all the GX cards u know and love. it's a good summary of the first season but it chops up the 2nd season and ends the game with the homecoming duel which is the best part.

Best Yu-Gi-Oh game. Ever.

Scott Shelburne, Amazon
16 March 2007
  • Summary: I've played a lot of Yu-Gi-Oh! Games before, and to be honest, some games like the Eternal Duelist's Soul and Rhesef of Destruction didn't just make the cut. This one, however, you customize your character. You are a member of duel academy. To top it off, your choices of cards are staggering, topping at least 1500 cards. The main objective in this game, well, is to duel. And it's practically the only way to advance.
