Amazing!!

Clover Moonshine, Amazon
28 February 2013
  • Summary: This is a lot more fun than I thought it would be. The graphics are really good...better that what I expected. Its just like a murder mystery. I am really into hidden object games and this is just perfect for me.

Women's Murder Club makes it onto the Nintendo DS but unfortunately gameplay is too easy!

Dennis A. Amith (kndy), Amazon
3 June 2012
  • Summary: With three video games from the "James Patterson Women's Murder Club" having been released on PC and as there is continuing demand for more casual games, specifically hidden objects games for the portable consoles, THQ released "James Patterson Women's Murder Club - Games of Passion" for the Nintendo DS. So, what is "Women's Murder Club"?

James Patterson: Women's Murder Club

Beth, Amazon
1 January 2012
  • Summary: I love reading the Women's Murder Club series of books. This game was okay. But I was hoping for more mysteries on this game. The game is boring.

Too much remembering required.

poohcrazy, Amazon
10 December 2010
  • Summary: I like to play quick games on my DS and not sit there with it for hours at a time. This game is not hard but it does expect you to remember what has happened before which makes it difficult to just pick up and play for a few minutes every now and again. It will let you just guess over and over but that gets tedious and boring. The hidden objects aspect is not very difficult. The game doesn't flow as well as have others in this genre.

Not for Patterson's fans

Wanda-Lea "Wanda", Amazon
1 December 2010
  • Summary: I agree with the other reviewers. The game is too short and is not challenging enough for those who tend to buy such games. It's certainly in no way related to the relative complexity and suspense of the Patterson novels and I've read all of them. I would call it a game to get on the cheap as a short time waster. Probably good for a flight rather than reading a book, though I would take one of his novels.

Don't buy it!!!

Carmen Sandiego, Amazon
12 August 2010
  • Summary: This game is short and boring. You really don't solve anything, you just play a seek and find puzzles the whole time and the story moves along. Then there is a useless majong bonus game when you win. Not even related to the story line. I sold this game as soon as i finished it. What a disappointment!!!

The Most Redeeming Quality is the Mahjong

Hvrby, Amazon
3 July 2010
  • Summary: I purchased this game about a month ago. As a busy working mom, I don't have a ton of time to sit around playing my DS--and I still finished this game within a couple of days. The "murder mystery" portion of the game is very simple, and is over and done within a few hours of play. The most redeeming quality of this game is that even when the story itself is complete, you can still take advantage of the mahjong portion of the game.

Could be better...

S. Smotherman "hoosiers93", Amazon
21 May 2010
  • Summary: I love puzzle games and hidden picture games. This game has a very small amount of both, though neither is challenging. The story is fairly limited. I've read James Patterson's novels- they are excellent. This game is not. I finished it in about 3 days. There were also 2 different times that the game froze and I had to start the chapter over.
