Summary: If I had found out that this is a timed only game, in all the games, I wouldn't have bought it. I hate timed games. If there were even some way to turn the timer off, I'd be happy. First you get this irritating ticking, like Captain Hook's crocodile, then the game just declares 'Game Over' whether I'm done or not. Very irritating.
Summary: Didnt care for this game at all. Not much fun I read the raves for this game so I bought it . I finally gave it to my caught in law maybe she'll like it I'll let you know it a couple of months aft she's played it
Summary: although other people gave this game almost 5 stars, I found this very boring. You just play each game over and over again. There's no levels to the games and i found no real chalenge. If you do buy this, make sure you keep the receipt so you can exchange it for something that works the mind more. I wouldn't give this game more than 1 star.
Summary: I was really surprised at the poor quality of this collection of games. We took TouchMaster on a 14 hour flight - never having played it before and both only got about 20 minutes of play time out of it before deciding doing nothing was more fun. The games are of much lower quality than standard flash games on the internet, both in terms of game-play and graphics. But i guess a lot of people like it since I bought it due to the high reviews!
Summary: We had problems with this game, thought it was the game but after returning it 4 times and everytime the same thing happened. It wasnt our DS system because we have 4 different ones (different in days owned). When play the trivia game, which we played a lot. I would say after playing it 30 times, we would be in the middle of a game and it would lock up and the only the you could do is turn it off. This game was fun but this was our only issue.
Made up from the leavings of the original touchmaster?
19 June 2011
Summary: I loved the original Touchmaster (warts and all)and expected this to be an improvement to or at least an extension of the original game. I was very disappointed:- the games are inferior, the graphics are amateur, the game instructions are poor and the scoring is incomprehensible.
Summary: As one of the 'older generation' of DS game addicts I bought this because I enjoyed the first Touchmaster so much. What a waste of money! Boring games, no saved scores and very poor graphics. This has put me off buying anymore Touchmaster. Fortunately I still enjoy the first one.
Summary: Very disappointed in this, especially as it was bought as a Christmas present. One would expect a collection of hand-held computer games to include a few favourites such as Tetris, or Asteroids or even Space Invaders, but none of the games here looks familiar, and the Word and Trivia sections are horribly American. Even if you do attempt the word games, there is no relaxation to be had, as everything is timed!
