Summary: This is a cool game just because it's different and makes good use of the Nintendo DS system. It's not a perfect game by any means, but if you like cars, you'll probably enjoy it as I do. I think it'd be a great game for them to do a sequel to and add on to the concept - more cars, more parts to work on, etc.
Summary: this game is great for anyone who thinks being a mechanic might be cool. use hand and power tools to disassemble and rebuild various parts of the car. A lot of the modifications have to do with the cosmetic aspects of the cars which I kind of wish was different because I liked the internal mechanical lessons better. A weird thing in the description is that it says you'll do oil changes but there is absolutely no oil changing in this game!
Summary: This game is a blast. More than any other one I've ever seen, it really captures the feeling of working on a car. The DS is the perfect system for it. It plays like a spiritual successor to Street Rod and Street Rod 2. It only has two problems: 1. Apart from the turbocharger and the air filter, you're mostly unable to customize the engine. 2. There is no actual driving component. I suppose a less serious third problem is that it's too linear..
