Fun for a while but it wears off quick.

Summary: Based on the movie, Hero of the Rails for Nintendo DS features two modes of play: Story and Games. Story mode is 8 episodes long with each episode having you play a certain mini game to advance the story. Games mode features 8 games for you to play. The games are painting, racing, washing, sorting, matching, shunting, snap, and fixing. The games are very very short and most aren't even fun to play again after you've beaten it once.
Summary: I bought this for my 5 year old twin boys because they were finding other games too hard to do , They enjoy playing this but the game takes half an hour or less to complete which is a shame but they don't seem to mind replaying over and over.Good game just could do with more on it for the price.
Summary: My little boy is still getting used to this but then he is only 2! The game looks really good and clean (no messing about between screens). You can either go through the story and the activities on the way or go straight to the activities. Very pleased with purchase and the game was delivered very speedily.
Summary: My 3 yr old son is a big Thomas fan and he really loves this game. It is easy enough for him to play on his own but it still keeps him interested weeks later. The activities are linked by a story which is a lovely touch and the animation is great.
