Summary: The one good thing about the console and hand held versions of this series is that you usually have a plot driven game and a free play option. This game contained no story line so you only had the free option. There aren’t enough objects or building options for this to be just a free play game. I made myself play through enough characters to go through all the career options to get my money’s worth. The characters looked really horrible.
Summary: This game isn't nearly as good as the PC. I wasn't expecting it to have EVERYTHING the PC game has but this has almost nothing. I was really disappointed especially considering I've had other sims games made for the DS that I enjoyed but this one wasn't anything like them. I tried playing several times but it's really hard to get into a game and get anything done. The graphics really don't make up for it either.
Summary: I haven't played my handheld in a really long time. I really love simulation games so I usually play either the Harvest Moon series or The Sims. I haven't played a Sims game in awhile. This was a horrible reintroduction to the series. I knew this game would lack content but I didn't know there wouldn't be a storyline. The storyline mode is the one good thing about the consol and handheld versions.
