   I just want to get that out of the way from the beginning of the review.  I hate games where the stylus takes the control focus. I especially hate games where the stylus is your only option for control.  I prefer traditional control schemes because they work so well.  After two decades of home gaming, they’ve simply become natural and comfortable for me.  Being forced into a stylus control scheme makes for an unhappy Skittles.    Phantom Hourglass, by any other name, would probably be a fantastic game. As a member of the Legend of Zelda family, however, and as a direct sequel to the most awesome Wind Waker, it's.... not so hot.    When I started on Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass , I was instantly impressed. The cel-shaded look of Wind Waker translates remarkably well onto the DS. The story instantly grabbed me, and the touch screen controls were done so well they quickly became easier than conventional controls. Overall, the presentation of this game is top-notch.    This is a wonderful game for kids of all ages - it is all about solving problems in a positive way, helping people and showing loyalty and caring. At the same time you get to work through puzzles, battle crazy monsters that often requires logical thinking to discover their weakness, and solve loads and loads of challenges.    Another chapter has been added to the on going Zelda story. Is it all just rehash the same old same old? I didn't think so, Sure it is the same basics all the time .
