Summary: I have always liked tetris since the orginal game boy came out with it. I enjoy doing puzzles and this is sort of like one as well. i can play one of my favorites with a new twist and while laying in bed before falling asleep.
Summary: So many Tetris titles on some many platforms in so many versions. Which one to buy? This game is everywhere! Now it graced it addictive ways onto the DS. SIx different modes, six different ways to enjoy Tetris. The most recoginizable is the Standard Mode, whereby you play the original Tetris with no bells and whistles added... asides from the eye candy that appears on the top screen that reacts to your line-clearing ways.
Summary: Well I bought the game and took it home to play. I played for a couple hours with all the modes and let me tell you something. It's Tertris with Nintendo characters. The 8-bit look looks cool and you got six modes which is basically Tetris with toching to move them or doing missons. In the end it's pretty addictive and will keep your interest for a long time.
Summary: Back in the 80's I got my first Gameboy. I was young and broke and for a while the only game I had was Tetris. That one title did more to get me hooked on gaming than just about any other. I have really missed the feel of the classic and was hoping to see a remake on the DS. I finally found it and I could not have asked for more. With new modes of play and the return of the "Head-to-Head" mode that made multiplayer so much fun, this game really brings back the memories.
Summary: What do you need to know... about _tetris_. The new game modes are entertaining, and it's nice that you can easily do download play with other people who don't own this game. That's a great feature, because this game is apparently very rare, so you'll be few and far between multicard plays. It's pretty fun in singleplayer mode too.
Summary: When I first saw this game I was really excited and couldn't wait till it came to the DS. I hadn't played a portable Tetris since Gameboy. All that aside this game has added some old school flavor and some new games like "Push" where you have to push the other opponent using your blocks into fire. They also have online play and multiplayer with items. Online play is probably the best feature of this game and its a lot of fun trying to people around the world.
Summary: A traditional Tetris game but with some great new twists. I love the two player functions - particularly the game Push where you attempt to shove more rows at your opponent as quickly as possible while they are doing the same to you. The mechanics of the game are the same, but the colors and graphics are better...I think the music is less annoying too but I usually just turn the sound off.
Best complete Tetris package ever - but not the best single player experience

Summary: What more can be said about this game? It has a host of new, interesting Tetris modes, is filled with enough Nintendo fanservice to choke even the most obsessed otaku, and brings an absolutely amazing multiplayer experience that is worth the cost of admission alone. Rather than focus on all the wonderful aspects of this game, I will point out the one thing that it lacks.
Summary: Tetris DS will force to play Tetris differently; even the most seasoned Tetris veterans will have more than enough challenge here. I will not go through all the different playing modes that T DS offers, but its more than suffice to say that it has more than any other old Tetris games. The real gem here is the multiplayer, and this game is a perfect for semi-casual party games to anyone who enjoys Tetris in some degree.
