Summary: I have always liked tetris since the orginal game boy came out with it. I enjoy doing puzzles and this is sort of like one as well. i can play one of my favorites with a new twist and while laying in bed before falling asleep.
Summary: So many Tetris titles on some many platforms in so many versions. Which one to buy? This game is everywhere! Now it graced it addictive ways onto the DS. SIx different modes, six different ways to enjoy Tetris. The most recoginizable is the Standard Mode, whereby you play the original Tetris with no bells and whistles added... asides from the eye candy that appears on the top screen that reacts to your line-clearing ways.
Summary: Back in the 80's I got my first Gameboy. I was young and broke and for a while the only game I had was Tetris. That one title did more to get me hooked on gaming than just about any other. I have really missed the feel of the classic and was hoping to see a remake on the DS. I finally found it and I could not have asked for more. With new modes of play and the return of the "Head-to-Head" mode that made multiplayer so much fun, this game really brings back the memories.
Summary: What do you need to know... about _tetris_. The new game modes are entertaining, and it's nice that you can easily do download play with other people who don't own this game. That's a great feature, because this game is apparently very rare, so you'll be few and far between multicard plays. It's pretty fun in singleplayer mode too.

Summary: So much fun. I suck horribly at tetris, but some of the puzzle modes are fun and challenging. I got the game for my wife... The only other game she'll play anymore is Cooking Mama, but that's not too often. You can select your opening music, but not your music during the game :(. Other than that, it's great fun.

Summary: I am a fan of Tetris on my old Nintendo System and always loved puzzles. Fast forward 20 years and there is Tetris for the DS! I was skeptical because I thought it was an exact replica of the old classic Tetris game. I read it had variety of games in there so I decided to get it. It does bring back memories! There are six different Tetris games! One of my favorites is the one where they tell you which piece to use to make a line or two. And it gets harder as you go.
Summary: I have to agree with Gamepro that this game is full of add ons and fun extras that really push this over the edge of being more than a normal game. The only problem that I have with it is that the extra fun, like mario going through the levels at the top, is distracting and I find myself missing lines because I wanted to see what Mario was doing at the top of the screen. Also, I've found that there are no noobs like me out on the onliine world.
