Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Jean Juergensen, Amazon

  • Summary: The game was alright but the presentatiion left much to be desired. My daughter-in-law said the disc was just wrapped in a paper towel when they got it.

Really Ubisoft?

giovanni martinez, Amazon
30 December 2013
  • Summary: I can totally appreciate what Ubisoft was trying to do with TMNT Arcade Attack but WOW did they put absolutely NO EFFORT into this game. There really isn't much to say about Arcade Attack. The entire game is just literally move to the right and mash the attack buttons...that's it. No platforming, no combos, nothing, just mash mash mash. It's INCREDIBLY boring to say the least.

What the shell is this?

Ryan Sil. (Gamer & Android indie dev), Amazon
24 November 2012
  • Summary: The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade games were the best. Unfortunately, I don't think Ubisoft knew that. Turtles in Time Reshelled happened to be a pretty sucky game. Now we've got another game from Ubisoft that attempts to revive the arcade games. Did it succeed? Of course not. The presentation is great. After all, we've got that familiar 80s TMNT logo, and the cutscenes are all presented in the style of the original comics. Plus, the graphics are spot-on.

Dissapointing

Stephen M. Sturgeon, Amazon
1 February 2010
  • Summary: First I think I'll state the good points so I can get those out of the way. The cinematics between stages are a nice nostalgic throwback to the old Mirage Comics. That's it. That's the only good point. In every other way, this game is a disappointment. I don't understand how Ubi Soft can say that this is classic arcade action. It's like they never even played any of the old arcade machines. For one thing, it's more than just enemies coming at you.
