Summary: This ds game is quite fun to play for a while but then gets a bit repetitive. You are basically a tamagotchi character and you make money by working in different shops such as the bakery, hair dressers and the flower shop. There are 4 levels for each shop and you have to try to get the Royal level for each shop. The care section is not the best as you don't physically care for them just customise their room and clothes.
Not for everybody. But as a 23 yr old man, I liked it!

Summary: `Tamagotchi Corner Shop' is the first in a series of three games for the DS, as each game goes on, they get bigger & better. I recommend getting the third, or the second as they offer more, and are a 'bigger' game to complete.
Excerpt: Tamagotchi is a creation by Bandai. A Tamagotchi is a pocket-sized electronic pet which the owner can feed, play games with, help it go to the toilet (honest!) and more! Now Tamagotchi has come to the DS with the game Tamagotchi Connexion: Corner Shop. GAMEPLAY You help a Tamagotchi character try run a lot of stores. This is very repetitive because characters will come in and ask you to do the same things. I find this slightly annoying. GRAPHICS The graphics are great.
Pros: Value for money, sound, graphics .
Cons: Gameplay is repetitive, a few more multiplayer functions .
Summary: this game is 100% amazing 1 player game but i would not reccomend to anyone 6 or under if you can remember the buzz about tamagochi and accedenly killing them then dont fear because this is where you can choose a tama charecter out of 3 and you can make a room for it but you have to work in shops there are 3 islands (one island representing each tama charecter)but you can play in all of them and there is 4 shops in each town(exept in GuruGuru town where there is only 3)...
Summary: This product is a collection of games that range from baking cakes to playing music. You have to serve customers and make sure that they are happy to earn points. This game gets a bit repetitive after a while so do not buy this product if you dont like repetition. Overall i think that Tamagotchi cornershop 2 is a little bit better than this one.
Excerpt: Like with a tamagotchi V2, V3 etc, this game is one of those games that the children (or adult) will play with non stop for a few days and then get bored of it. It is VERY easy for young children to play. Although it can get a bit boring and you (and they) may find yourself wishing the level would come to an end. Bascially, you are the shop owner and you have to complete challenges to expand your shop and to gain access to run other shops.
Excerpt: Looking at the cover you'd probably think it's a game for 5 year-olds. But trust me, you'd be surprised at how difficult some of the tasks in this game are! Such as the 'Takayaki' shop where you have to bake these yummy looking Takayaki pastry's/cakes. The cute graphics for this game are definitely a plus. Making it enjoyable for younger children, aswell as yourself!
Summary: You'll come back to ths game every now and then, the games are quite addictive like that for a while, then gameplay eventually runs thin. You feel rather accomplished unlocking new objects, however they really have no effect on the game itself apart from a "pretty" looking menu.
Summary: Tamagotchi corner shop is a fun game, made up of 11 mini games that you play over and over again. This may sound dull, but the minigames are greatly varied. There is a dentist, where you drill into teeth and take out cavity faries before filling. A cleaners where you wash the clothes in a machine before ironing, removing stains and sewing up holes. You make jewelry at the acsesseries shop, arang boques at a flower shop and more!
Excerpt: **The Tamagotchi DS Game Description Says... ...A shopping simulation set in the world of Tamagotchi and developed exclusively for the Nintendo DS. In the game, players open specialty shops, and develop their businesses by servicing customers through mini games that utilize the Nintendo DS's touch-screen functionality.
Pros: Gets Boring after A Months Use .
Cons: Just Mini Games played over and over gets boring ! bit pricy for an easy game !
