Summary: This game is okay but it's kind of stupid. the shipping was fast and the quality is great but I bought this because of the price and I was looking for an easy fun game to play. This game just is weird and stupid. Save your money for a better game.

Summary: As an adult gamer, I thought I'd try this game and see what it's about. If you like driving or racing games, this is for you. It reminds me of Pac n Roll DS where the pac man rolls down lanes. This game is similar. You have to roll the ball with the monkey inside it down certain paths, collect bananas along the way and race against time to the goal. That's basically it for this game. I can see where kids would enjoy this simple & cute game.
Summary: Hey y'all I beat this game in literally 30 minutes. The gameplay is choppy and I doesnt prefer the graphics. "Men, it has been well said, think in herds; it will be seen that they go mad in herds, while they only recover their senses slowly, and one by one." This best descibes the game.
Summary: I became bored quite quickly of rolling a monkey around in a ball, surprising really, I have done more repetitive things than that. The lack of control bugged me a lot, I tried using the stylus then the control pad but neither worked for me, it just became maddeningly frustrating. The mini games did not grab me either. This game seems to be a hit with other reviewers, but I just can't get into it.
Excerpt: Sometimes, the simple games are the best games. Take Super Monkey Ball on the DS for example - the entire game is based around rolling a tiny monkey inside a glass ball around certain courses. Anyone who's played one of those rotating wooden maze games with a little ball bearing will get this. It's even slightly reminiscent of childhood favourite/frustration Screwball Scramble.
Conclusion: If you are after a game that takes a while to complete and is at least a bit of a challenge don't bother with this. The first day i got it i completed it, there are only 10 levels. I was disappointed big time! It's only worth the money for the mini games which are hilarious when playing with other people.
Summary: So I've dipped into Monkey Ball in previous incarnations on other consoles but never purchased it, although meaning to. It comes out on the DS and I'm thinking: With touch screen, this could be pretty neat, esp w all the positive responses I've read from here. I was disappointed. It felt like a rushed job and I just don't feel it's as fun on a hand-held. The extra games seemed clobbered on in a bid to give MB an extra dimension on the DS.
Summary: Ma déception est toute PERSONNELLE. Je ne peux pas dire que le jeu n'est pas amusant, mais je m'attendais à toute autre chose ! A recommander pour les amateurs de jeu de plate forme genre "équilibriste" !
