Super Monkey Ball Touch & Roll

Family Friendly Gaming
2 February 2013
  • Excerpt: Sega has gotten Super Monkey Ball on a lot of different systems. Super Monkey Ball Touch & Roll is specifically designed for the Nintendo DS (editor: mainly in the controls). Many of the favorite monkeys are back inside their balls rolling around in some of the most annoying puzzle levels conceived by the brilliant minds at Sega. The ESRB rated this game ‘E’ for Everyone, but forgot to mention the very crude humor found within this Nintendo DS cartridge.

Super Monkey Ball Touch 'n Roll

Game Over Online
20 March 2006
  • Excerpt: After a three ½ year absence, gaming’s most bizarre bunch of simians have returned to a portable system. In that time, you’d think that a newer version of Super Monkey Ball on superior hardware would result in a better game. Sadly, that has not happened. Like a lost love recently reclaimed, there are some things that seem okay upon first glance and then as time goes on, the flaws become more and more pronounced.

Game Freaks 365

  • Excerpt: The Super Monkey Ball series on consoles started back in 2001 when the Nintendo GameCube launched. It became a popular series due to its simple concept and addictive gameplay. After a few titles and even more success with the series, SEGA decided to bring all of the monkey-rolling action to the Nintendo DS. Unfortunately, Super Monkey Ball: Touch & Roll isn't the best of the series but it's a fun game that fans will really enjoy on-the-go.

Super Monkey Ball: Touch & Roll

Portable Review
8 March 2006
  • Excerpt: Super Monkey Ball is just one of those games you’d expect to translate well onto the DS. It seems perfect for the DS’s touch-screen, and it should be a blast, right? *BZZT* Incorrect!

Super Monkey Ball Touch & Roll

Project COE

  • Conclusion: Super Monkey Ball: Touch & Roll is a faithful adaptation of the series on the Nintendo DS. While the control isn't quite as sharp as it could have been, it still plays well. There's a lot of fun to be had with this game, be it the classic challenge courses or the variety of party games. It’s a great game to play on-the-go since it doesn’t require a big time investment to be enjoyable, and it is playable in short bursts.

Super Monkey Ball: Touch & Roll

Was soll dieses Level-Recycling?

Super Monkey Ball Touch & Roll

  • Conclusion: Ein Geschicklichkeitsspiel mit niedlichen Affen in Kugeln, typisch Super Monkey Ball.
