Summary: I always look forward to mystery games & rarely do I get disappointed. This game having taken so long in coming out seemed to be lacking on many levels. Although I do not like to have the mystery solved for me or the clues spoonfed to me, this game for the most part left a player totally in the dark on any real kind of direction to go. Here's hoping the next one (if it comes out) is better.
Summary: I have only just bought my ds and this is my first game I purchased so perhaps I am the wrong person to review it. I found it quite hard to follow. I didnt know what to do with the puzzles, where as with the Prof. Layton series which I bought second hand is fab.
Summary: Puzzles are ok - some are just too simple. There are no instructions on how or what to do with the puzzles - its just trial and error. Some puzzles I have solved and have no idea how I did - didn't seem to follow any logic at times. I've even been back to them to see if I could find the logic and I've struggled! Hints are of very little use. Gameplay far too short in comparison with other games. Am currently playing Dragon Quest IX and it is FAR superior.
