Summary: It was okay I beat it by the next day I received it, it reminds me more of a game that I would download of the internet. I didn't like how they don't tell you what you are suppose to do when they give you a puzzle but sometimes its easy to figure out for yourself.
Summary: I have to say, I am a little displeased with the 'it's okay' and the negative reviews this game received here. I got it on a whim one day because I love anything Sherlock Holmes (the books are a staple in my home), and I found it to be quite fun.
Summary: I am a big fan of Sherlock Holmes, but this game is absolutely horrible. The puzzles are unsolvable without a walkthrough. There are no direction given whatsoever on how to solve the puzzles or what the point of each puzzle is. The comparison to Professor Layton is ridiculous.
Summary: I always look forward to mystery games & rarely do I get disappointed. This game having taken so long in coming out seemed to be lacking on many levels. Although I do not like to have the mystery solved for me or the clues spoonfed to me, this game for the most part left a player totally in the dark...
Summary: This game is very short. It keeps a timer on your gameplay (not to penalize you, just keeping track). I'm not a particularly fast player; I'm frequently amazed at how quickly other Amazon customer reviewers report that they completed a game.
Summary: I was expecting the game to be something like "Sherlock Holmes and the mummy" (same company) but this moves and feels quite different - more like professor Layton really only not quite as good.
