Summary: Sands of Destruction is a turn based rpg with Action elements. The game is the epitome of your typical Jrpg; it has many of the cliches and stereotypes in the book. Despite this, the game is fairly fun because of its lively and interesting characters (except the main character,he's okay) as well as the fun and ease of the gameplay. The game also has a unique skill upgrade system that can make or break you characters depending on how you use it(don't worry, it's not hard...
Summary: I played through and finished the game. It was fun and something new. Going out to destroy the world rather than saving it all the time. I liked it, but I felt that it could have been a lot better... I would recommend it to RPG fans out there.
Summary: Although starting with an interesting concept, it slowly becomes a path well trodden. Saying that, there are some good scenes here and there throughout the game. But with a battle system that's a couple of cracks shy of being completely broken, I can only recommend this game to seasoned fans of JRPGs. And even then, I would only get this game to kill time.
Summary: I was pleasantly surprise by this game. I bought it with the anime actually so did not expect much from it, but after finishing it twice, I have to swallow my words. This is a good J-RPG, not the best mind you, but still pretty good. Story: the story was interesting. After all, how often do you start a game with a character that wants to destroy the world? In fact throughout the whole story, the ''good guys'' are trying to stop the party!
