Summary: this is a great entry into the series you start out as amnesiac Kyle and soon start a family, and help build a school for the children, then years later after you regain your memories and disappear take control of your young son/daughter in a desperate battle against evil creatures. It may not be the best entry in the series but this is sure a fun game to play, with a interesting story, characters, and mechanics. Farm, fight and explore.
Summary: I am a Mom and I love this game. My kids and I used to play Harvest Moon when they were growing up and we loved those games. My oldest daughter 25 has still a Harvest Moon game for the WI and her and my youngest daugher 14 still play this game. I decided after playing 2 Etrian Odyssey games to buy Rune Factory and I started with number 2. I figured Harvest Moon and a bit of monster batteling of Etrian Odyssey should make a great game.
Summary: The game is surpisingly easy for a Harvest moon/ rune factory game. You build relationships very fast threw request which makes you able to marry people with in the first year. The graphics are okay I've seen better. I love the request system and I like most of the characters.
Summary: I loved Rune Factory and it seems I'm finding the sequel just as well. I haven't beat it yet because my brother took it so that he could play it, but I'm finding this fresh twist in the typical Rune Factory playing highly enjoyable.
Summary: While run factory 2 allows for a generational gameplay, it prevents you from having most of the actual gameplay until you reach this second generation... Which to be honest takes a rather long time, and with very few locations to go during this first generation is a major drawback. Once you overcome this the gameplay is actually fairly decent, but I personally lost interest fairly quickly.
