Summary: This is a good game, but my 6 year old has a hard time playing it by herself, and not very good for just two players. I thought they would have different cards for younger kids. It's a good game for the family to play. My husband and I also like to play this. I do like this game, just have to figure out the two player thing, and easier cards!
Summary: Nintendo Pictionary DS is a great value. This was a gift for my 5-year-old granddaughter. She understood how to use it within seconds and she loves it, whether playing alone or with others. I enjoyed playing it with her too. It's not just for kids so it doesn't get tiresome for adults. It's also versatile in that it can be used just to practice drawing, with color choices too!
Summary: I have a 6 and a 9 year old. This game, set on the "easy" level was difficult for my husband and I! The pictures were ridiculous. One was a picture of a leaf. We tried all sorts of leafs...It ended up being a Fig Leaf. Really? A fig leaf? What child has ever even seen one of these and knows the name of it? Waste of money.
Summary: I got this game as a Christmas gift and it's an iffy game. I know it's not supposed to be THAT easy to guess the pictures, but a lot of the computer's drawings are plain horrible. I suppose that's THQ's way of mimicking the real life version of the game, but sheesh! A fern looks nothing like an actual fern, chowder is a blob of blue and a triangle next to it, etc. How is anyone supposed to guess that?
