Features

Picross requires the player to use logic to mark each square as full or empty to reveal an unknown picture, same as the traditional Picross rules. The Normal mode informs the player if the square marked should be unmarked and also penalized the player. The player can choose from easy mode of 5×5 and 10×10 puzzles, and Levels 1–4 of 10×10 and 15×15 puzzles. As the player completes puzzles in the standard levels, levels 5–10 and an extra level can be unlocked, with puzzles up to 25×20 in size. There are 15 puzzles featured in each level. The game also features mini-games that include Catch, Sketch and Hit. These mini games need to be unlocked by completing five puzzles in each level which will be unlocked one by one. The Normal mode feature jazz, reggae and bossa nova music. As in Free mode, the player is not informed of mistakes and the puzzles are more difficult. But the player can use the Try it Out mode to construct overlay possible. The Free mode features rock, house and ambient. My Picross contains Original and Classic puzzles. Daily Picross contains up to five challenges, all on a 7×7 board with Normal mode rules.
