  • Excerpt: Who would've thought a quirky lawyer sim would win over so many gamers back in 2005. The gameplay was nothing special, but there was a ton of charm to the characters, and we were hooked. Fans waited until January 2007 to play the beloved, spiky-haired lawyer once again. It was a good game in its own right, but it didn't live up to expectations of its predecessor.

  • Excerpt: is divided into the same two styles of play as the previous two games: investigations and trials. There are five cases and most cases have both. In the investigation, Phoenix goes from location to location talking with people, looking for evidence, and uncovering the truth. The trial segments of course take place entirely in the courtroom.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trials and Tribulations

Portable Review
23 October 2007
  • Excerpt: The day has finally come - Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trials and Tribulations has arrived, and while it is the final game in the Phoenix Wright trilogy, it certainly isn't the Ace Attorney series. While I'm glad that I finally got to experience this game, I almost wish I didn't, because this means that I will no longer be solving cases as our friend Mr. Wright.

Phoenix Wright – Ace Attorney 3 – Trials and Tribulations Review

WiiDS.co.uk
11 May 2008
  • Conclusion: While it doesn’t try to pull any punches which aren’t obvious, Phoenix Wright 3 is one hell of a game not only in the series but within its own right also. the elements aren’t fresh, new or revolutionary, but who cares? not this gamer. when you have a game that looks, plays and feels like interactive story all you need is a great tale to tell, luckily, Phoenix Wright 3 doesn’t disappoint.
  • Pros: Great story, Music back on top form, Good cases
  • Cons: Nothing new, No seriously, absolutely NOTHING new, Only 4 cases
