Summary: Now I can fish when I can't get outside to cast that line. I have this as a video game also. When you love to fish and can't get outside this is as much fun as having a worm on the hook. I ordered and it came in only two days. If I had ordered it earlier in the day, I think it would have been in my mail box that day.
Summary: I bought this game for my 10 year old cousin and he seemed to enjoy it so I bought a copy. The graphics are like those from an original Playstation game back in 1999. The game is also not very self explanatory. There is a question mark in the upper left hand corner which does help with reeling and hooking; But there is very little help with what kind of bait to use for the types of fish you are fishing other than bass.
Summary: It took me a while to figure this game out. I didn't even hook a fish for 2 days (about 4 hrs). Simply reeling in the line while glimpses of fish swam by wasn't my idea of a good fishing game. I looked for any reviews that gave me a clue how to play this game. There were NONE. I finally figured out on my own a basic strategy that seems to be working for me. Initially you can only fish in one location, one lake.
Summary: I bought this game off of e-bay, hoping it would be a decent fishing game. What I got was much less than decent, It's terrible. The fishing game that I used to own for the GameBoy was even better than this. The graphics aren't very good at all, and you can't see anything underwater after you cast. It's just a blur, so there is very little to no scenery underwater whatsoever. The whole game is the same.
