Emotional Ripoff!!!!

Jeannette, Amazon
5 July 2011
  • Summary: I got this game for Christmas 2009 and here's what I think of it: Emotional Ripoff!!!! Don't let the cute animals on the cover distract you, once you're done raising the animals you have to give them away! I can't believe all the time I spent raising the animals when they make you give them away! This will upset little kids who loved the animal they raised. Also the games are boring. The graphics look extreamly horrible.Save yourself the time, the money, and the grief.

Not into it at all...

M. McGinnis, Amazon
21 January 2011
  • Summary: I have a 6 year old boy who loves animals, but got bored with this game after just a few minutes. The tasks are boring and don't keep his attention. Not worth the money for us.

Rip off

Wayne Yessler "Jennifer Yessler", Amazon
17 January 2010
  • Summary: Ok. Im thirteen years old and yes a girl. I really wanted this game because I thought it looked really cute and fun. So I finally bought it. I played it for about twenty minutes and bought a couple cute puppies. So then, my first puppy, a corgi, grew up. I was happy and was expecting maybe a prize or anyways I was still happy to play with my adult dog. Then what? Well. It says "This animal is too old to be taken care of here" What!? Well that wasnt very good news.

My daughter got bored in a couple of weeks.

CarlosDL "CADLG", Amazon
15 January 2010
  • Summary: I wasn't able to get enough information/reviews before buying this game for my 8 year old daughter, but it looked good, and she loves pets, so I bought it. The graphics are ok, and my daughter loved the pets, but the game is just boring. There are really few things you can do with your pets. You can feed them, clean them, play with them, but everything is exactly the same for any of the different available animals.

How do you unlock the houses after your animal grows?

Valerie M. Grant "amazon cusomer", Amazon
3 January 2010
  • Summary: Hello, My 9 yr old daughter enjoyed raising her first baby until it grew up and she could not figure out how to unlock a bigger house for it to live and than had to sell it back to the Petstore and was heartbroken. Is this the end of the game other than trading it w/friends who have the game ? Has anyone figured out how to unlock the larger houses? It does seem pretty silly not to be able to keep them. ???

Sad outcome...

Anne R. Stewart, Amazon
26 December 2009
  • Summary: I bought this game for my 8 year old. She was having so much fun raising her new kitten and then it grew up. After the pet grew up it had to be taken to the pet store! She was SO sad. So now she knows every animal she gets will have to go away. So if you are prepared to let your pet go then this game is fine, but if you think you are going to raise your pet and play with it, skip this game!

it's okay

C. Noll "Diamond Heart", Amazon
21 December 2009
  • Summary: I'm 21 years old and i love all kinds of caring games. I have My Baby Girl and I love that game. This Petz nursery is way too short of a game. I got finished with my first pet in like 15 min. Then they said you had to transfer your pet if you have other Petz games, which I don't. So you sell them to the pet store and you get another animal. I think this game would be fun for ages 7 and younger. It's cute animals though.
