Based on how long our daughter played it, it must be bad.

Summary: I understand that this is marketed for little girls, but even our daughter got real bored with it fast. It didn't see any play time past a week. She didn't have any other new games at the time, so it must either be boring, or confusing. She really didn't say when asked.
Summary: My 7 year old daughter bought this game with her birthday money and was ready to send it back after playing it for about an hour. She expected it would be more fun than it was. She says that you just walk around and you don't get to pick the pet. She thought that she would be able to take care of it, but she says she could only play with it and it was boring.
Not apprpriate for children who can't read or do math yet

Summary: But, you know, when they see it in the store and harass Mommy into buying it because it has pictures of cute dogs on it, it's not the manufacturer's problem when you get it home and realize the child can't play it without the parent having to play it FOR them. Because by that time they already have your money.
Summary: My daughter, who is 9, did not like this game at all! I tried my hand at it and it was pretty pathetic. Very unclear what the character in the game was supposed to be doing, and the graphics left a lot to be desired. She said. " I want to know how to play it, it looks like it could be fun but it makes no sense.
Summary: This game was very misleading. Bought it for my daughter for doing well in school. We went home to play and we couldn't figure it out! We cannot figure out to save the game, and where are all the pets we keep letting into the salon? Keep your money.
Summary: I was very disappointed with this gamne. It is rated E for everyone but is NOT appropriate for younger users. It's not user friendly, the graphics are lacking, the cover is deceiving. It doesn't take player rigtht to pampered pets which front and back cover leads you to believe. The player must walk around earning it's way to to do those fun tasks. Thee beginning tasks are hard for especially 4-7 year olds and most notably, just boring.
Summary: The packaging was very misleading as to what the game entailed. I bought this for my 7 year old, and I have to agree with the previous reviewer. Basically, this game is very lame. She's tried it about a dozen times now and has yet to even see an animal. She's quite frustrated and disappointed with the game. So am I, after paying 20 dollars for a game she no longer wants to play. I can't blame her either.
