Summary: One of the first games I bought for Nintendo DS. Would NOT recommend it if all you have is a Nintendo DS LITE - the objects are so small it's hard to even make out what they are. It's a little better on the XL screen. But it is a nice relaxing break away from all the shoot-em-up action games.
Summary: Objects do not disappear once you have found them, when it gives you a puzzle to find the objects. Very small and hard to see. Need to be able to zoom in without it costing you points. It would have been nice if you was not timed so smaller children could play the game in a non-timed mode (adults too).
Summary: I play a LOT of these "hidden item" games, because I don't have the attention span for anything more involved than that. This one has some really great features, and some things that are a little weird. First of all, even though this looks like a kids' game, it's definitely not targeted at small children. For one, there's a whole subplot involving the heroine trying to bone her scuba-diving instructor, or something like that.
Summary: I enjoy hidden object games, but this one was only interesting on the 1st attempt. It became boring by the 3rd attempt & the mini puzzles were dead easy when they worked! The other reviews have already set out the pros & cons & we all know it's hard to find a gripping game like Prof Layton. This is fine if you want to while away the time mindlessly.
