Summary: This is a very cute game, and a fun motivator to help you make and stick to a weight loss plan. It's also a good eye-opener to show you where you REALLY are with your weight, and where you should be. There are other reviews I have read on here that have claimed it really has helped them lose quite a bit of weight. However, as far as tracking your food goes with this game, I really don't feel like it's very accurate.
Summary: This game is super cute an if I had an original DS... I'd love it BUT I don't have one so I am having trouble with the pedometer.... Fortunately my brother has one but it needs a new charger... Why am I saying this? If you want this I think I would recommend it it's not that hard at all.... The step counting is so great! I'm still trying to figure out the food thing... I'm sure it'll get better. BUT! YOU NEED THAT NORMAL DS!
Summary: I bought this game for the obvious reason of losing weight (just 20 lbs.) but I noticed something that wasn't to my liking. This game gives you lots of options more for someone who goes out a lot. It probably won't work as well for someone who works at home all day. I'm positive, though, that someone can lose weight with this game. I haven't lost the 20 lbs. but that's my own fault. I might give this game another chance and update my review if I see any improvement.

Summary: I bought this game because a friend had the pedometer and hers seemed so much more accurate than the one I had that had cost a lot of money. I like the pedometer but the plastic part that clips to your pocket or waist band is so tight it is hard to get it on. I've only been using the game for about a week and I am mostly usingit to keep track of my steps.
Summary: I am a 23 year old female who had little faith in a weightloss game that would actually show results but after a month using this product I have actually lost 5 lbs. Pretty good since I only paid $10 for it. It works better than the other DS walking trainer since it counts every step. Here is important info that some other reviews left out 1) This game will not work as well if you live in a rural area since they want you to walk to stores or bus stops.
Summary: i have had the coach since it came out in 2008. i got it cause i was 200 lbs over weight (and have dropped 100 lbs since then). i believe that it is a simple tool that can put people on a good road to a healthier lifestyle. it is very simple to use and the stick people are very cute. the only thing that i would change is the step counter. it is bulky and has fallen out of my pocket many times. it doesn't fit into the dsi but i still had my old ds so i was ok with it.
Summary: I picked this game up because I'm (to be blunt) fat and am planning on taking a backpacking trip for several months next year, and needed something to get me off my duff! I was surprised at how addictive it was, even for a bargain basement game, and I have been working with it every day now for over a week. Three major things to note: 1.) This game is for people who are seriously overweight. Not just 10 pounds or so, I'm talking 100 pounds.
Great motivational tool for weight loss, but NOT as accurate as other devices in the market.

Summary: After trying my weight loss coach for the DS for over two months, in conjuction to wii fit and my own personal pedometer, I can finally give my review for the weight loss coach 3 stars, but 4 stars for motivation. I travel a lot, and basically have no chance to work out. When I come back to my assigned office to work, I find myself sitting in an office for hours, needless to say I barely walked more than 1000 steps a day.
Summary: Purchased it a while ago and finally decided to start using it. Within the first day of using it I saw an improvement in my quest to lose weight and take better care of myself. It is like my handy little personal trainer that I can take with me everywhere. Definitely cheaper and more convenient than the cost of a trainer from a gym.
