Summary: This game is ok. When we got it I had to find out how to reset the characters because it has been used before. And the game keeps getting frozen and you have to cut the DS off and start over again. My 7 year old daughter likes it ok, it's not one of her favorite games.
Summary: This game actually has a pretty long story line since you raise the baby by months and i think it goes up to about 20 or so. You teach your baby how to do different things like walk and crawl. You get to change its diaper, feed it,bathe it,take it on walks, dress it, and play with its toys with her. It gets kinda repetitive though. You have to constantly do things for it literally every minute cause it whines for something different after you do one thing.
Summary: This would be great. My four year old picked out this game and it drove me crazy. You have to do alot of reading so she couldn't play it by herself and she really felt like she had to take care of the baby. I think it was too realistic for her young age but it would be a good game for older kids.
Summary: My 11-year old daughter likes this game, but she says it is a bit complicated. That takes some of the fun out of it. It repeats the same things over and over, and the instructions are lacking. She doesn't like that the baby stops growing after it reaches a certain age/months. It might be best for people who like more difficult challenges, with repetition.
Summary: My daughter got this game for Christmas and loves it. But we are a little frustrated with it at this point. She made it all the way to 3 months with no problems, there were a few instructions that she didn't understand but I just helped her with it and she was fine. But now at 3 months when she tries to give the baby a bath, it just shows an explanation point when she tries to use the washcloth, but there are no instructions telling us what this means and no way to get...
Summary: Both my girls couldn't wait to get this game, including me. Adorable concept. Graphics are very good. A little hard for younger kids. However, I very irritating too. You have to get through development milestones to move on. I can't even get through the first month. You have to get the baby to grasp your finger, which I can not. I keep trying and trying. Very irritating, we just keep feeding and trying to get her to grasp our finger. We have been doing this for a day.
