Miami Crisis

L. J. Kenyon "laurajayne3", amazon.co.uk

  • Summary: I have mixed feelings about this game. I found it hard to get into at first, but once I got the hang of things I soon realised that there was actually an interesting storyline at its heart and that made me want to continue playing. As previous reviews have stated, there are five 'cases', although it is really one case that keeps escalating; to me it felt a lot like an episode of 24 - just when you think the bad guy is caught, there is someone else bigger and badder out...

Hotel Dusk (game) meets Fringe (the series)

  • Summary: It took me an hour or so to realise what was going on in the game - I got a bit confused because I couldn't figure out which detective I was; Sara or Law. (Kind of reminded me of Fringe - The Series. The chick in this game even looks like Olivia ha). Anyways, I realised I was playing both characters and could select which character to play at diferent outcomes/levels in the game . Once I got my head around that, I got quite into the game. The game has A LOT of reading!

Not terrible.

S. Firth, amazon.co.uk

  • Summary: I've played the best of the detective games on the DS. All of the Ace Attorney series, Hotel Dusk and the follow on The Last Window, and Prof Layton. This game isnt in their league at all (not many games are) but it's really not a terrible game. 4* is probably too kind, and maybe 3 1/2 is much more like it. In this game you can play the cop shooting and chasing people in cars or the FBI Agent doing forensic stuff and behind the scenes help.

  • Pros: .  .  . ein paar Ansätze, technisch in Ordnung .  .  .
  • Cons: .  .  . wenig Abwechslung, Fokus liegt auf der uninteressanten Story .  .  .

in Miami ist wieder die Hölle los und das FBI ist mitten drinn

  • Summary: In den Achtziger und Neunziger Jahren gab es eine Menge Krimi- und Aktionserien wie Ein Colt für alle Fälle oder Miami Vice und auch Filme wie Lethal Weapon.
