A great group of games. U can't go wrong with Mario!

  • Summary: Snowboarding. skiing, bobsledding, hockey, snowball fights and more. This is a great little group of games. The only problem we've experienced with DSI games is that only one player can play them unless someone else has a DSI close by for a link. My son really enjoys this one.

  • Summary: Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games will take players to Vancouver, Canada, host city of the official 2010 Olympic Winter Games. This gaming experience invites players of all ages and skill sets to face-off in some of the most intense winter competitions. Tailored to the specific system controls, Nintendo DS and Wii gamers will enjoy completely unique experiences thanks to each platform having its own specific gameplay features and modes.

  • Summary: This was not very user friendly. The games are so so but not one of the best games we have played. The graphics are very good and not bad response time. Stylist games are not my sons favorite.

Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games

  • Summary: Lots of fun games for the family. Not games an individual would want to sit and play - but loads of fun for a family to compete together or against each other.

Winter Fun

  • Summary: Was looking for a game the didn't deal with war, thief, or zombies. This game fit the bill. Good for all ages. The only thing was that we could not activate the 2 or more player mode. Even with this error the kids had fun.

  • Summary: A lot of games in one, and fun to play. But it seams that since the game is from Nintendo their charter from them have a slight edge then the Sega charters.

Mario and Sonic Winter Games

angelus934, Ebay
8 April 2010
  • Summary: This game, like the original Mario & Sonic at the Olympics and Super Smash Bros Brawl, pits favorite nintendo characters and sonic characters against each other (or with each other). The main difference between the first Olympic game and this one is the addition of using the Wii Balance Board to ski, ect.

User Review

GamePro.com
1 February 2010
  • Summary: This game does lots of things right as well as a few things wrong. The events (all 27 of them) are good fun, but get a little bit stale after about an hour. The AI is fair, but nothing special. The multiplayer is really fun. The Adventure mode is a surprisingly fun mode, with a bit of a Phantom Hourglass/Spirit Tracks feel. It has a large, fully 3-D overworld where you play all the events and find items to progress.
  • Pros: Amazing visuals, Awesome audio, Addictive gameplay, Tight controls, Fantastic multiplayer, Just plain fun
  • Cons: Poor storytelling, Not enough content, Repetitive gameplay
